Bilingual support for Euromaidan

On January 30 Gazeta Wyborcza publishes a special bilingual Polish-Ukrainian issue in "solidarity with Euromaidan", the pro-European opposition movement that has been shaking the Ukraine since three months.

"We are at Ukraine's side, as we are for an independent, democratic and secure Poland. We repeat and we are inspired by the past: Kiev and Warsaw are a common cause" writes Gazeta's chief editor (and anti-communist dissident) Adam Michnik. The daily adds that the special issue was to be distributed in a solidarity demonstration in Warsaw, in support Kiev's Euromaidan today.
